graduates brought more than 750 responses from 2001 graduates and more
than 950 from 2002 graduating classes from Ontario faculties of education
and the six New York State colleges that recruit Ontarians to their programs.

The accreditation regulation announced in December formalizes a process
that has been five years in the design. Current teacher education program
