Council meeting

Summary – July 28, 2009

At its July 28 special meeting via teleconference, College Council supported an amendment to the Ontario College of Teachers Act (OCTA) requiring a person whose Certificate of Qualification or Letter of Standing was suspended or cancelled by the Minister before May 20, 1997 under the Education Act to reapply under provisions of the OCTA, which require such applications to be heard by a disciplinary panel.
