New, improved and eco-friendly
YOU TOLD US you didn't like the biodegradable card and we listened.
Over the last year, many members provided feedback on the 2011 biodegradable membership card. Some said it cracked in their wallet, while others said it began to break down before it hit the green bin. It didn't turn out as we had hoped. When you receive your 2012 membership card, you'll notice we've made a change.
The College remains committed to its greening initiatives, and the 2012 card is eco-friendly. It is printed on FSC paper and is recyclable. Plus, our newly minted paper card has reduced our costs and helped to improve our turnaround time in producing membership packages for our more than 230,000 members.
When your new card arrives, please cut up your old one and put it in the green bin. It will biodegrade in any municipal composting facility.
