Margaret Wilson Library

New premium research service at your fingertips 24/7

College members can now electronically access up-to-date premium content in any subject area.

The College’s Margaret Wilson Library now provides direct access for members to EBSCO, the world’s foremost research database service. Full-text articles are at your fingertips any time of the day or night from anywhere for free. The College is here to support your professional development.

“Previously, you had to e-mail a request to the College. Now, you just log in to the Members’ Area and get immediate access to over 8,000 full-text journals, 700 full-text newspapers and 317,000 full-text education documents,” says College library technician Olivia Hamilton. “And the beauty of it is that it’s available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You can search for virtually any subject and find material.

“It’s a great new service. Members have been asking for direct access to journal articles.”

College members keen to read the latest issues of magazines or journals can also create an account with EBSCO and receive alerts on new issues.
