College staff member new VP of Network of Translators in Education
College translator-editor Luci English has been elected Vice-President of the Network of Translators in Education (NTE). The NTE was established in 1985 and seeks to harmonize the use of English and French terminology in education in Canada. It includes more than 100 specialists in translation, revision and terminology who consult each other regularly on education-related terms and meet at least once a year to discuss current language issues.
